Amberley Snyder (born January 29, 1991) is an American Equestrian, Athlete, Author, and Motivational Speaker from Laguna Hills, California. She is famous for her book named “Walk Ride Rodeo“. It is an inspiring autobiography of the physically challenged equestrian.
Furthermore, the 28-year-old Snyder became interested in various sports at a very young age. In 2009, Amberley qualified for the National High School Finals in the pole bending. Moreover, she also won the National Little Britches Rodeo Association All-Around Cowgirl World Championship.
Later, the athlete also became active in FFA (Future Farmers of America). In addition, she also served as the Utah FFA State President in 2010. Then, an incident happened in Snyder’s life that changed her life completely.

On January 10, 2010, the young equestrian was on her way to the Denver Stock Show and her truck slid off the road. She lost her control from the vehicle. Amberley broke her back and was not able to feel her legs.
Soon, she was hospitalized and went for 5 hours of emergency surgery. The doctor then told her parents that she would never use or feel below her waist. However, the accident didn’t defeat her competitive spirit. She was back on horse riding after 4 months of rest.[1]Dailymail
